Laboratory Beagle Adoption Division

As noted in the article on purebred rescue in the Pets Section of the February 2007 edition of Country Living magazine, this division is devoted to establishing positive working relationships with reputable laboratories who consider "retiring" their research beagles to our rescue for adoption.  This is a unique program, so please check out the links below for more information, and consider making a donation to help support our efforts.

We are anticipating continued growth of this division through 2009, and URGENTLY need foster homes for these special beagles.  The length of time a laboratory beagle is in foster care for training and socialization is generally a minimum of 8 weeks, and depending on progress, can be months.  We need your help to help save these precious lives.  Will you please consider becoming a foster home?  Applications outside of the PA/NJ area along the NorthEast WILL be considered, depending on location and arrangements.
