Inquiries for Intake of Beagles in/from Shelters, Pounds, ACO's, etc.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE PASSAGE OF THE "DOG LAW" IN PENNSYLVANIA (ACT 119), CBR-EAST CANNOT BRING IN DOGS FROM OUT OF STATE SHELTERS UNLESS THAT SHELTER HAS AN OUT-OF-STATE DEALER'S LICENSE WHICH MUST BE OBTAINED FROM THE PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, AND KNOW THIS CHANGES AND AFFECTS OUR ABILITY TO HELP DOGS OUT OF STATE, BUT PLEASE EXPRESS YOUR CONCERNS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, AND NOT TO US. WE ARE DOING THE BEST WE CAN TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE NEW DOG LAW.
